In a world with more opportunities than ever, but with just as much greed, we believe that kindness, community and most of all business, can all go ‘hand in hand’ and even drive each other to achieve great things.

We aim to provide a platform to showcase our latest pursuits and give others the opportunity to participate in a project to benefit the world.

At Captain Smed we believe that the biggest ‘roadblock’ in following your dreams, is believing that you can!

We love to work with inspiring individuals who are willing to share their enthusiasm with others. A big part of Captain Smed is fostering local talent and opening pathways so anybody can realize their dreams.

We have a growing community of travelers, photographers, teachers and experts in many different fields who are capable of doing a very small thing in order to make a huge difference.

What is the next step? Well this website is a platform, for anybody that has visions of a more sustainable and generally happier world. We are now in the early stages of our project in Ambunti, Papua New Guinea and we plan to do many more, forming an international community of sustainable communities and travelers.

Our partnership with each community will continue long into the future, supporting new projects and assisting travelers and volunteers.
